Jason Preistley Set To Appear In Syfy's Haven

If you’ve been hoping to see another appearance by Jason Priestley on the small screen, you might want to keep an eye out for him on Syfy’s Haven. Word is, he’s been signed on to play a role in a few episodes of the supernatural Syfy series’ upcoming second season.

TV Line posted the news, stating that Priestley will play the part of Chris Weekly in the supernatural drama series . He’s described as a “brilliant, principled but anti-social marine biologist who must deal with an affliction most would consider a blessing.” Sounds interesting and I have to admit, I’m curious to know what kind of issue the character has.

Priestley’s well known for playing Brandon Walsh in the ‘90’s teen drama series Beverly Hills, 90210. Since then, he’s taken a number of smaller roles, including a guest-spot on My Name is Earl. He also starred in the Canadian show Call Me Fitz. As someone who regularly crushed on Brandon Walsh back when sideburns and combed-up hair was all the rage, I’ll be keeping a look-out for his appearance when Haven resumes this summer.
