Justin Bieber Is Getting Roasted By Comedy Central

Justin Bieber has been in the news plenty of times over the last couple of years, and not just for his hit music. Following getting poked fun at for his big Calvin Klein debut ad, Comedy Central has announced they have teamed up with Justin Bieber for a Comedy Central Roast. That’s right, Comedy’s Central next big to-do will be the Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber.

Currently Comedy Central hasn’t set a date or time for the roast, but the network is promising that information will be available “shortly.” We do know the roast—like other Comedy Central Roasts—will be taped in Los Angeles. Obviously details are scarce at this point, but if I were Comedy Central and I had this huge news just burning a hole in my back pocket, I would want to release it, too. A Justin Bieber roast has the potential to be more ridiculous than the Charlie Sheen roast that Comedy Central put on several years ago during the actor’s #winning phase.

Justin Bieber hasn’t quite been a barrel of crazy, but the kid has been in the news a lot over the past couple of years for unsavory behavior. In 2013, he got into trouble with his Calabasas neighbors on numerous occasions for partying, reckless driving and other problems. Things got worse from there with reports of nightclub brawls, drug use, and problems with the law.

Beyond the trouble the Biebs has been in, he’s been up to plenty of weird shit that should make for great jokes. There’s the story of smoking out a pilot so badly he had to wear a gas mask. Then, there are stories related to Bieber owning a pet monkey and later abandoning it. Then, there are those easy-to-poke-fun-at ads.

The Biebs has been in the news a lot and there's plenty of stuff that comedians should be able to expand on during the roast. No matter who ends up being involved with the roast or when it ends up airing, The Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber should be one to tune in for. We should all just be thankful that Justin Bieber is willing to be roasted.

We'll let you know as soon as Comedy Central has the roast details together.
