The poster for Season 3 of ‘Lost’ is out and based on the looks of things, a few of the characters have been bumped up a couple notches from last season while others seemed to get left off the poster all together. Some of the characters who were on last years promotional poster are gone for obvious reasons. Ana Lucia and Shannon were killed off last season so with the exception of flashbacks and the occasional island induced hallucination, we probably shouldn’t expect to see much of either of them.
There’s a lot of faces on the image below but if you look closely you’ll see that Michael isn’t on there. The second season ended with Michael betraying the gang by trading them to the “Others” in exchange for his son. He and Walt sailed off to parts unknown on the fishing boat. In addition to Michael’s absence in the picture, there are two characters who will apparently be playing bigger roles this season (if the promo is any indication of that). David Gale (creepy “Others” guy who got Michael to kill Libby and Ana-Lucia) and Desmond (crazy hatch-man).
There will be a couple new characters in the new season of ‘Lost’ but little information has been given about them other than the names of the actors playing them - Rodrigo Santoro and Kiele Sanchez.
On a side note, is it me or does everyone have a bit of the crazy-eye going on in the poster?
