Goblin possession can be a tricky matter, or so it would seem based on the what Merlin’s set to face in this week’s episode of Merlin. We have a clip from the episode and some details for those of you who are planning to tune in to check it out this Friday on Syfy.

Merlin fans across the pond have already seen this episode but for those of you who’ve been watching the BBC series on Syfy, here’s what the network released on this Friday’s episode and further down is a clip.

In the next all-new episode of Merlin, Merlin is tested as he stands up to Gaius. However, Gaius is possessed by a Goblin so Merlin can only attempt to strike fear in the Goblin without hurting Gaius. A bit of magic and secrets are revealed between the two, but Merlin makes a promise that he will not stop until Gaius is his old self.Watch the clip and be sure to tune in on Friday at 10/9c only on Syfy.
