Patricia Arquette Says Medium Is Canceled

While the official word on the fate of Medium hasn’t come down from CBS just yet, series star Patricia Arquette is saying that the show’s been canceled.

Entertainment Weekly posted the news, stating that Arquette says the show is episode and that there are just two more episodes left to shoot.

So, while this isn’t official news, it’s still bad news as it seems likely Arquette would be in the know as far as this situation goes. At the very least, I’d say it would be overly optimistic to expect good news from CBS at this point.

As for what’s to come for Medium, below is the information CBS released on Friday night’s episode.

"The People in Your Neighborhood" - When a convicted sex offender moves into Allison's area, her neighbors are up in arms, but Allison's visions leave her questioning his guilt. Also, a potential career opportunity for Joe puts his and Allison's professional goals at odds, on MEDIUM, Friday, Nov. 19 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Guest stars include Br'an F. O'Byrne (FlashForward, Brotherhood) as Clark Kerwin, the convicted sex offender new to the area, and Laura San Giacomo (Saving Grace) as Susannah Collings, Allison's concerned neighbor.
