Revenge Season Finale Preview: A Major Face-Off
This Wednesday night, Revenge closes out its very strong freshman season. Things left off with a pretty big cliffhanger at the end of last Wednesday's episode. One of the clips we have to show you from the finale offers a sizable glimpse of what Emily will face as she attempts to avenge her father's death. And then there's the matter of what Ashley witnessed and whether or not she's going to tell Daniel…
Spoilers ahead!
We'll start with that little dramatic tidbit. As you may recall, Emily and Jack shared a very emotional smooch just after Sam died. And all the while, Ashley was randomly peering through the window watching it go down. We all know Ashley is far too conniving to keep that a secret for long, but will she tell Daniel Wednesday night? This clip gives us a hint of that and also shows Jack's decision over whether or not to take the money Daniel offered him…
I would have thought Ashley would try to leverage that kiss situation with Emily for something. Then again, ratting her out to Daniel right away could help her secure his trust. Is Ashley looking to win Daniel away from Emily? That would be a twist and if he finds out about the kiss, she just might be able to do that.
Moving on, Emily has bigger issues to deal with… like the white-haired-man who snatched Nolan. This clip shows Emily facing off against WHM, whose name I hope we learn before he kills him…
It's great to see Emily's fighting training being put to good use! I'm sticking to my theory that WHM isn't really a bad-guy, which means I don't think she's going to kill him. But I could be way off on that. We'll have to wait and see how it all shakes out when he episode airs this Wednesday night.
Here's ABC's official description for the episode…
