No New Scandal Tonight, But Olivia And Fitz Get A Steamy New Teaser
If you're a Scandal fan, there's some bad news. There's no new episode tonight. In fact, February 21 marked the start of a month-long gap between new episodes. Rest assured, the series will be back later next month. In the meantime, check out this steamy teaser for the series, which focuses entirely on a certain forbidden romance.
ABC posted the teaser below, which reminds us that Olivia Pope is a scandal herself, thanks to her roller coaster romance with President Fitzgerald. But watching the video, it's understandable why this relationship is as impossible to resist for the two characters as it is for those of us who tune in to watch.
Olivia and Fitz have been on the outs during the last couple of episodes, and we're starting to see that for Fitz, over doesn't actually mean over. At least, not in the sense that he wouldn't send someone out to follow her around and report back all the details of her life and work. Drama!
We're left to wait on the edge of our seats to find out what's next for the Olivia-Fitz saga, while the ABC drama takes a brief hiatus. The show will return on March 21. Watch the promo for "Top of the Hour" (the next new episode) here. Scandal airs Thursdays at 10:00 p.m. ET on ABC. Except tonight. The rerun airs at 9:00 p.m. and Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Oscars' encore airing is at 10:00 p.m.
