Is Tommy Gavin crazy? Yeah, maybe a little bit but isn’t that part of what makes FX drama series Rescue Me so much fun to watch? The series is set to return with new episodes this April (finally!) and we have a video promo that’ll probably remind you of why we love the show so much, even if we haven’t seen new episodes since 2007.
Rescue Me, which stars Denis Leary, centers on Tommy Gavin, father and fireman with a temper, an occasional drinking problem and too much drama in his life between his job and his family. The series walks a fine line between drama and dark comedy as we watch Gavin interact with his fellow firefighters and deal with the constant problems he has with his family.
