See The Party Down Cast Reunited In Pink Bow Ties At SF Sketchfest

Those of us who loved the Starz comedy series Party Down would surely love the opportunity to see the stars of the comedy series back in their pink bow ties for some sort of a reunion (or a movie!). Fans who were able to get to the San Francisco Comedy Festival SF Sketchfest were in for a treat as the cast did reunite, dressed up in their Party Down uniforms, to answer questions and reminisce about the series.

Created by John Enbom, Rob Thomas, Dan Etheridge and Paul Rudd, Party Down aired for two seasons on Starz. The comedy series followed a group of less than enthusiastic employees of a party catering service, with each episode following them to a different party with a different set of challenges, shenanigans and drama. There's been talk about a movie possibly happening some day. Whether or not that ever actually happens remains to be seen. In the meantime, they did get together at SF Sketchfest and EW shared some photos of the reunion, including the one below.

From left to right, we have Ryan Hansen, Adam Scott, Martin Starr, Lizzy Caplan and Ken Marino. Most of them look typically unsatisfied, with Hansen being the only one with a smile on his face, which seems fitting somehow. Not sure what's going on with Starr's beard, though it's giving me a major Knocked Up flashback.

Are we having fun yet?

Assistant Managing Editor

Kelly put her life-long love of movies, TV and books to greater use when she joined CinemaBlend as a freelance TV news writer in 2006, and went on to serve as the site’s TV Editor before joining the staff full-time in 2011 and moving over to other roles at the site. At present, she’s an Assistant Managing Editor who spends much of her time brainstorming and editing features, analyzing site data, working with writers and editors on content planning and the workflow, and (of course) continuing to obsess over the best movies and TV shows (those that already exist, and the many on the way). She graduated from SUNY Cortland with BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Cinema Studies. When she isn't working, she's probably thinking about work, or reading (or listening to a book), and making sure her cats are living their absolute best feline lives.
