As is the case with most of the other major networks, ABC has quite a few new and returning series lined up to premiere the week of September 22. That includes Scandal and Grey's Anatomy, which lead in to Shonda Rhimes' newest series How to Get Away with Murder. But a few shows will be rolling out later on, including Last Man Standing, Shark Tank, America's Funniest Home Video and new comedy Cristela, all of which won't debut until early October.

It's exciting to see The Goldbergs set with a great spot between The Middle and Modern Family. ABC has new comedy Black-ish lined up on Wednesday night, where it will hopefully benefit from that prime Modern Family lead-in, after which Nashville will air.

Not included on the schedule are a number of new series that aren't scheduled to premiere until Midseason 2015. That includes Galavant, Secrets and Lies, The Whispers, American Crime and Marvel's Agent Carter.
