The Sing-Off Preview: TV Theme Songs Done A Cappella

What sets The Sing-Off apart from other singing competitions? The a cappella music, of course. NBC is teasing us for the third season with these fantastic videos, featuring the contestants as they perform a cappella versions of the theme songs for The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, The Golden Girls and two TV shows.

I’ll admit, I didn’t even realize just how much I liked a cappella music until The Sing-Off premiered two years ago. Watching these videos, which feature the groups as they perform familiar and beloved TV theme songs, has me eagerly anticipating the start of the competition. Also below is a preview-video featuring the song “Raise Your Glass,” which I’m pretty sure was covered in a cappella on Glee already, but it’s still definitely worth checking out.

The Sing-Off premieres Monday, September 19th at 8/7c on NBC.
