We shared our thoughts on the first few episodes of Smash in our review, and you may have already already caught the early preview of the premiere, but tonight, you can catch the premiere episode when it airs on NBC at 10:00 p.m. The series follows the production of a Broadway play about Marilyn Monroe, telling the story of various characters involved. This includes Katharine McPhee’s character, a young aspiring Broadway performer, and Megan Hilty’s character, the more seasoned performer who is also hoping to land the role of Marilyn. Debra Messing, Christian Borle, Jack Davenport, and Anjelica Huston are also among the cast.
The preview below reveals quite a bit from the series premiere episode, so keep that in mind before hitting play.
