Spartacus Series Finale And Da Vinci's Demons Promo Teases Two Events Set For One Night

As Starz's latest promo reminds us, the premium cable channel is combining two events into one night this week, delivering the final installment of the Spartacus saga and chasing it with the airing of the series premiere of Da Vinci's Demons, a new period drama, which focuses on the life and adventures of a young Leondaro Da Vinci.
The new promo teases the final battle for Spartacus: War of the Damned, showing the rebellion leader stating firmly, "We decide our fate." Which isn't exactly, "Don't worry, none of us are going to die!" It's probably more like, "If we die, we're doing it our way and we're going down in a blaze of glory." Or hopefully, "victory," as the title of the series finale suggests. As the Spartacus side of the promo has to share precious seconds with Da Vinci's Demons, you can watch the full trailer for "Victory" here. And be sure to tune in on Friday night at 9:00 p.m. to watch the finale air.
With Spartacus' ending comes Da Vinci's Demons' beginning. David S. Goyer's new series stars Tom Riley as the title character, Leonardo Da Vinci, artist, inventor, expert swordsman and so many other things. The clip below shows Da Vinci setting eyes on the beautiful Lucrezia (Laura Haddock).
The wheels in Da Vinci's head are most definitely turning as he sets eyes on Lucrezia. But what is he planning? Find out when Da Vinci's Demons airs Friday night (April 12) at 10:00 p.m. on Starz.
