Spartacus War Of The Damned Video Shows Stunts, New Sets And New Faces
"Spartacus: War of the Damned is the beginning of the end," Manu Bennett says at the start of this new video Starz has released for the upcoming season of their popular drama. That's a phrase that can be taken literally, as we learned previously that the drama series is unfortunately drawing to a close, with War of the Damned set to be the last season. But from what's shown in this behind-the-scenes video, it looks like "bigger" is the goal for this final installment to the story.
The cast and crew discuss the new sets, the visual styles and what we can expect from the new season. Series star Liam McIntyre talks about Spartacus' "rat pack," which consists of Crixus, Gannicus and Agron, and we get a look at some of the fighting sequences as the rebellion moves forward...
New sets and new faces! It's especially exciting to get a look at the new females in the series, which include Anna Hutchison (playing Laeta) and Jenna Lind (playing Kore).
We have until January 2013 to get bigger TV's, as suggested by co-producer Charles Knight, to appreciate the hugeness that is Spartacus: War of the Damned. In the meantime, those attending Comic Con this week can check out the Spartacus: War of the Damned panel, which is set for Friday, July 13:
