Spartacus War Of The Damned Video Teases Lugo's Big Hammer
If there's an up side to the numerous character exits during last season of Spartacus, is that it will hopefully make a little room for some of the newly added characters to get a bit more screen-time in War of the Damned. In addition to the new characters we should expect to meet next season (Caesar, Marcus Crassus), there were also some new characters in Vengeance, whom we only just started to get to know. Among them, Saxa (the blond female rebel) and Lugo, another of the German slaves who joined Spartacus' ranks.
The latest behind-the-scenes video released focuses on Barry Duffield and his character Lugo. It doesn't give a whole lot away other than something that sounds totally awesome. Lugo's getting a giant hammer!
No, I don't expect anyone would want to get hit with a fifteen pound hammer, but knowing Spartacus, at least a few people will! Face-crush! It's a morbid thought, I know, but I'm in serious Spartacus withdrawal these days, and having just rewatched The Avengers, I'm very pro-hammer right now.
We still have until January to wait for Spartacus: War of the Damned. In the meantime, we're less than a month away from the DVD release of Spartacus: Vengeange.
