Spartacus War Of The Damned: Watch A Clip From Men Of Honor

Spoilers if you aren't caught up on Spartacus: War of the Damned! Last week's episode saw Spartacus and his men seizing a walled cliffside city. It's location and its walls make it a prime location for Spartacus to shelter his army as the winter months ensue. It also might make them sitting ducks if and when the Romans eventually find them. The preview clip from tomorrow night's episode ("Men of Honor") indicates that this might happen sooner rather than later.

In the promo for the episode, we saw a man telling Tiberius where Spartacus and his men were. This appears to be a bit more from that scene.

After seeing the promo, I wondered if it was particularly relevant that this runaway was revealing information to Tiberius rather than directly to Crassus. Because Tiberius is determined to prove himself to his father, I thought perhaps there was a chance Crassus might not be informed of Spartacus' whereabouts. Maybe that was just wishful thinking that Spartacus and his army would have a bit more time to rest and stay warm before they inevitably face the Romans again. But watching the clip above, it seems like there's a good possibility Crassus won't be informed of Spartacus' location - at least not right away. Caesar seemed to dismiss him pretty quickly, but why? Because he doesn't believe him? Maybe. Caesar does seem to have an ego. But he's also supposed to be smart and I don't think we should underestimate his judgment so quickly. Maybe he has something else in mind. Perhaps he wants to dismiss this guy so that Tiberius does the same, and then use the information for his own purposes. Just a guess.

Spartacus: War of the Damned airs Fridays at 9:00 p.m. ET on Starz.
