Special On Dog The Bounty Hunter's Arrest Imminent

A&E will be airing a special episode of ‘Dog The Bounty Hunter’ on Tuesday, which will recount the events surrounding the recent arrest of Dog, Leland and Tim Chapman. The three men made headlines earlier this week when it was reported that U.S. Marshals stormed Dog’s home and took him into custody for the illegal capture of serial rapist, Andrew Luster back in 2003.

The show ‘Dog The Bounty Hunter’ is a ‘Cops’ type reality show that centers on the true accounts of a genuine bounty hunter. Duane “Dog” Chapman and his crew are pros at tracking down and capturing fugitives. The recent arrest was due to the fact that Luster’s capture took place in Mexico where bounty hunting is illegal. As of late, the three are being held in Honolulu and will face an extradition hearing to Mexico.

It’s doubtful that Dog, Tim or Leland is all that regretful for their efforts back in 2003 when they tracked down and captured Andrew Luster. Luster, who is the heir to the Max Factor cosmetics fortune, was found guilty for drugging and raping three women and is now serving a 124-year prison sentence. Regretful or not, it’s unfortunate the three face charges for their heroic actions.

To find out more about the Luster case as well as how Dog and his crew are dealing with this situation, check out the A&E Special, ‘Dog: The Family Speaks’ on Tuesday, September 19th at 10 PM, EST. The episode will feature post-release interviews and behind-the-scenes footage of the ordeal. Also, Dog and Beth will be interviewed by Matt Lauer on ‘The Today Show’ on NBC, Monday morning.
