Summer TV Preview: Entourage, Big Love and John From Cincinnati

Just as ‘The Sopranos’ is about to wrap up, HBO is ready to start premiering their summer shows. The network is offering lots of polygamy, movies stars and surfing for its viewers this summer. New episodes of ‘Entourage’ and ‘Big Love’ are set to air plus the premium cable TV network has a new show, titled ‘John From Cincinnati.’

John From Cincinnati - Premieres June 10th (this Sunday) at 10:05 p.m.

Starring Rebecca De Mornay, Austin Nichols, Ed O’Neill and Bruce Greenwood, the series centers on a mysterious man who travels to California to take surfing lessons from surfer legend, Mitch Yost (Greenwood). He becomes involved with the Yost family, which includes Mitch, his wife Cissy (De Mornay) and their drug-addicted son, Butchie.

See the new HBO show spawned from the mind of David Milch who brought you Deadwood, "John From Cincinnati" premieres Sunday, June 10 at 10p.m. only on HBO!

Big Love - Premieres June 11th (this Monday) at 9:00 p.m.

The series returns for its second season with more polygamy-drama. At the end of the first season, it appeared the Henrickson’s big secret was out. In the second season, Bill tries to find out who tipped off the authorities and just how much of a mess the situation really is – all while juggling three wives and seven kids.

Big Love is coming back and bringing along some dark secrets this season. Catch the premiere of season 2 of Big Love on June 11 at 9 pm, only on HBO!

Entourage - Premieres June 17th (a week from Sunday) at 10:00 p.m.

The third season just ended but that’s no reason to go a whole summer without Vince, Turtle, Drama and Eric. When the fourth season picks up, we’ll get to see how things are going for Vince as they film Medellin on location in Bogotá, Columbia.
