TBS Orders Comedy Series Men At Work, Danny Masterson And Adam Busch To Star

Is it wrong that when I heard that TBS was moving forward with a series called Men at Work, I sort of hoped it was a ridiculous comedy about two brothers (played by real-life sibling actors) who work as garbage men? I would have also been pleased if they came from a land down under. Alas, neither is to be the case for the recently greenlit comedy series, but that's probably for the best.

TBS made the announcement today that they’ve ordered ten episodes of a multi-camera buddy comedy series starring Danny Masterson (That ’70‘s Show), James Lesure (Las Vagas), Michael Cassidy (The O.C.), and Adam Busch (Buffy the Vampire Slayer). Created by Breckin Meyer (star of TNT’s Franklin & Bash), the series follows a group of guys who work together at a magazine.

Masterson’s character Milo is recently dumped, and his friends want to get him back in the game. Lesure plays Gibbs, who’s described as a photographer and a “successful ladies man.” Cassidy plays Tyler, “a features writer who brings a dose of style and sophistication to the group.” And finally there’s Busch, known to Buffy fans as the evil Warren from Season 6 (with appearances in other seasons). He plays Neal, “a somewhat nebbish reporter and the only one in the group with a steady girlfriend.”

TBS hopes to get this series on the air this summer.
