Ugly Betty is anything but ugly. The ABC series is positively oozing with beautiful people so it would be only fitting for a beautiful celebrity to make a guest appearance on the show. Rumor has it, one of Hollywood’s recent imports could be set to appear as a guest star in an episode of the second season of Ugly Betty. Who could it be? I’ll give you a hint. She’s once went by the name “Posh” and is married to a hot soccer player. That’s right, folks, its Victoria Beckham!
E! Online’s Kristin Veitch got the goods at the recent Ugly Betty season-one DVD party. Eric Mabius, who plays Daniel on Ugly Betty mentioned that Mrs. Beckham said she’d love to appear on the show. Veitch followed up on that little tidbit and though a rep from ABC refused to comment, according to “various Betty castmembers,” it’s actually going to happen.
Adding to this not-quite-confirmed bit of information, Veitch was told that Victoria would be playing a bridesmaid for someone who was supposed to get married last season. She also reported that Freddy Rodriguez (Six Feet Under) and James Van Der Beek (Dawson’s Creek) will be making appearances in the second season as well.
