There’s a few questions that I never thought we would get definitive answers to. Who really shot John F. Kennedy? What happened to the colonists at Roanoke Island? And Will ‘According To Jim’ get renewed? Thankfully, yesterday we got an answer to the latter and most important one.
According to Zap2It.com, Jim Belushi and his obvious and unlovable family will return for eighteen episodes next season. Although it does not have its own timeslot on the fall schedule, many experts predict it will make a return sometime midseason.
‘Jim’ suffered through some setbacks last year, most notably when facing off with Fox juggernaut ‘American Idol’, but it did maintain a steady following of over six million viewers. With any luck, this assault to intelligence will give its finally curtain call at the end of the season, paving the way for comedies actually worth watching.
