Usher Pays A Visit To Pawnee To Promote The Voice With Parks And Recreation Characters

"I'm sorry. Why am I apologizing to her?"
"She has that effect."
The swiveling red chair is back in Pawnee, and just in time for The Voice's return and the arrival of the two new coaches set to be featured in the NBC singing competition. Last spring, Ron Swanson added the iconic swiveling chair to his office for a bit of Parks and Recreation/The Voice cross promotion. This time around, The Voice's new mentor Usher has arrived at the Pawnee parks and recreation department and he interacts with some of the characters, while they play around in his new chair.
Of course, Tom struggles with what to call Usher. Is it a whispered "Usher"? Or Ursher? What're we calling the "Yeah" singer these days? April immediately makes Usher feel like he let her down somehow. Andy nearly breaks his neck. And Donna finds a way to get snuggly with him. The chair has so many uses! And we'll see Usher and fellow newcomer Shakira break in their chairs when Season 4 of The Voice premieres this Monday (March 25) on NBC.
As for Parks and Recreation, we hope you enjoyed the promo above, because that's about all of the Pawnee we have to go on right now. It's looking like the series' next new episode isn't until Thursday, April 4.
