Watch Alison Brie Rap About Community On Late Night With Jimmy Fallon

Those of us who are familiar with Donald Glover's music act Childish Gambino know that he can rap. Apparently, Glover isn't the only Community star with beat skills. Alison Brie, who plays Annie in the series, visited Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night and showed off her rapping talents. She also managed to plug Community in the process. Watch the video ahead!

Looking adorable in black, Brie, who - in addition to playing Annie on Community - also plays Pete's wife Trudy on Mad Men, gave Jimmy Fallon a sample of her rapping abilities during her interview.

Her name is Ali-Brie! She's on Community! Thursday nights on NBC!

This needs to air as an official promo for the comedy series, which slipped in the ratings following its fourth season premiere earlier this month.

Leading up to Brie's rap, she cracked a joke about Community airing later than expected. It sounds like belated-Halloween isn't the only holiday that'll be coming late on Community this season. Better late than never?

Here's another part of Brie's interview with Jimmy, which has her talking about her new neighbor, who doesn't believe Community is a real show and told his friends that she's on The Office.

Late Night with Jimmy Fallon airs at 12:35 p.m. ET on NBC.

Assistant Managing Editor

Kelly put her life-long love of movies, TV and books to greater use when she joined CinemaBlend as a freelance TV news writer in 2006, and went on to serve as the site’s TV Editor before joining the staff full-time in 2011 and moving over to other roles at the site. At present, she’s an Assistant Managing Editor who spends much of her time brainstorming and editing features, analyzing site data, working with writers and editors on content planning and the workflow, and (of course) continuing to obsess over the best movies and TV shows (those that already exist, and the many on the way). She graduated from SUNY Cortland with BA in Communication Studies and a minor in Cinema Studies. When she isn't working, she's probably thinking about work, or reading (or listening to a book), and making sure her cats are living their absolute best feline lives.
