Watch Trey Parker And Matt Stone Talk South Park And Book Of Mormon On 60 Minutes

If you’re a fan of Trey Parker and Matt Stone and you missed last night’s 60 Minutes, we have the segment featuring the South Park and Book of Mormon creators for you to watch here! It includes footage from their Tony winning Broadway play, as well as a look back at the start of South Park.
Not having seen Book of Mormon, I especially appreciate getting to see snippets of some of the musical numbers I’ve already come to appreciate from the soundtrack of the excellent and hilarious Broadway musical. The video also includes a behind-the-scenes look at Parker and Stone’s long-running, ever-popular animated Comedy Central series South Park.
I love that they describe their relationship as a marriage. From an outside perspective, it really is difficult to picture the two working separately. The names Parker and Stone go together like Terrance and Phillip.
To save you the effort of going to 60MinutesOvertime.com, here’s the extra segment referenced at the end of the first video. Be warned, this video includes discussion that sounds like it’s relevant to the upcoming Season 15.5 premiere!
If this isn’t enough Parker and Stone for you, catch the duo on their episode of Stand-In, where they crash an NYU class to talk about writing. The episode airs Monday, October 3, 2011 on mtvU and mtvU.com. Meanwhile, South Park will be back on the air with new episodes soon! More info on South Park’s mid-season premiere here.
