White Collar Preview: Midseason Premiere
This Tuesday night, USA is set to air an all new episode of their new series White Collar. Check out some clips from the episode, which has Neal and Peter working undercover in a “Boiler Room” scheme.
White Collar is a drama series that follows criminal mastermind Neal Caffrey as he pays off his debt to society by working alongside FBI agent Peter Burke. I caught the midseason premiere episode, which airs on Tuesday, January 19th and found myself seeing plenty of similarities to the 2000 film Boiler Room. In the episode, Neal and Peter go undercover to take down a bunch of rich, braggy, twenty-somethings who are using the stock market to scam people out of a lot of money. The episode also dips into the mystery of Kate and Neal learns a few new bits of information about the situation.
Whether you’re hooked on this show or a more casual viewer like myself, the midseason premiere brings you up to speed fairly well on the Kate situation, while also delivering a great (albeit not entirely original) stand-alone plot as Peter and Neal infiltrate this shady brokerage firm.
White Collar returns Tuesday, January 19th at 10/9c on USA.
